Membership freeze policy
Qualification: EFC will only freeze your membership if you are current on your Monthly Dues. The minimum term for a medical freeze is one month.
Dues During Freeze: Once the freeze form is completed and submitted to the desk staff, no Dues will be collected during the time of the freeze. In the event your membership is prepaid, the term of the prepaid membership shall be extended, without Dues, for the same period of the freeze.
Notice: All freeze forms must be completed prior to the beginning freeze date. $5 Freeze fee is assessed at the time of freezing a membership.

Use of the facilities
Conflicts Regarding Use: Please don't linger on the equipment because other members may want to use it. No member should monopolize the equipment or weights. In short, observe gym etiquette. If there is a conflict over use, let desk staff resolve it.
Weights & Other Equipment: There are specific rules posted regarding the use of the weights and other equipment in the Facilities. As a courtesy, please replace the weights on the rack after you use them and wipe off any benches after your use.
Gymnastics and warrior training areas are off limits.  Entering the gymnastics or warrior training areas will result in termination of membership.
